Fairfax, VA — Glory Days Grill, a regionally owned and operated restaurant chain, appointed Chris Verdecchia as District Manager of its Northern Virginia region.
Verdecchia has 14 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, having worked in management for concepts such as Bennigan's Irish Grill & Tavern, Red, Hot & Blue Restaurants and HMS Host prior to accepting a position with Glory Days Grill.
As District Manager, Verdecchia is responsible for the sales and operations of six of the company's Northern Virginia locations. Says Bob Garner, Co-Founder of Glory Days Grill, "The recent promotion of Tony Cochones to Director of Culinary Development created an advancement opportunity for Chris, who is a talented, seasoned professional. Operating 17 restaurants in three states, Glory Days Grill is a full-service, family-friendly sports-themed restaurant offering freshly prepared menu items and the latest in sports, news and entertainment via satellite televisions, projection screens and private speaker systems. The company will open four new locations by the end of 2006.
