Fairfax, VA — Northern Virginia based Glory Days Grill, a national restaurant company, launched its new Summer Menu on Friday, July 1. This menu rollout will initiate the company's movement towards seasonal features.
The menu offerings include Raspberry Mesclun Salad, Shrimp Pasta Salad, BBQ Salmon, Herb Crusted Trout, BBQ Beef Deli Wrap and the Italian Ciabatta Sub. It will be available through September only.
Explains Tony Cochones, who is the director of food and beverage development for Glory Days Grill, "These summer features incorporate ingredients that are fresh and plentiful during the summer months, such as raspberries, summer squash, tomatoes, mesclun baby greens and herbs such as rosemary, cilantro and basil. Our guests love the quality of our food, and they will not be disappointed."
The company plans on rolling out seasonal menus quarterly, with its fall menu being planned for October 2005.
Glory Days Grill is a sports-themed restaurant with sixteen locations in four states and is scheduled to open three additional locations during 2005, including Winchester and Stone Ridge in Virginia plus one in Frederick, Maryland . During its nine-year history, the concept has been recognized for a variety of charitable contributions and fundraising efforts that benefit local communities.
